OUR MEAT

Home bred on our traditional family farm in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Our cattle and sheep enjoy very high welfare standards with lots of open space to graze naturally.

We sell our homebred Beef throughout the year. We are small scale, so only have fresh Beef approximately every 6weeks. We take pre-orders for this and deliver most of our meat fresh and what we don’t sell immediately gets frozen.

slow cooker favourites

Our mince and stewing steak packs are perfect for the slow cooker. Cooked low and slow, the fats break down to flavoursome meat that just melts in your mouth.

21 day matured steaks

Our prime heifers produce better quality steaks. These are matured for 21 days. The perfect time (in our opinion) for a steak you won’t forget in a hurry.

Roasting joints

Topside, Silverside, Rump & Rib Joints. The perfect centrepiece to a Sunday or celebratory lunch.
